Is it possible if you don't have a 4.0 GPA to transfer to UCLA/UCSD and later get into dental school?

Hi everyone! I’m an international student and currently a Biology major at a community college in California (IVC, iykyk). Over the last semester, I took Calc 2, Comm C1000, MUS 20, and BIO 80. I got all A’s in three courses, but I got a B in BIO 80.
I’m feeling kinda sad right now because during the midterm, I had a severe fever and a bad stomachache, which affected my performance A LOT. Because of that, no matter how well I do on the final, I can’t get an A in the class anymore.
What made it even more stressful was hearing from my counselor and relatives that if I don’t have a perfect GPA, my chances of getting into UCLA or UCSD will be very small, especially since I want to apply to dental school after I graduate.
I honestly don’t know what to do right now or how I can improve my chances of getting into those schools. I’d really appreciate any advice or if anyone could share their experience!
Have a great day!
