I wad wondering if someone can write me up a diet plan for body recomp.
As title says. Am 5 foot 8, mid 30s, 160, trying to lose body fat and gain muscle at the same time. Lifting 5x a week, 15k steps a day. Preferably built around cheaper foods such as ground beef and chicken.
