Help me find an instrumental track from what I think is from an anime OST. Also has a slowed & reverb version
I don't remember any details about the anime (I never watched the anime), for an unreliable source of how I stumbled upon the track, see the bottom of the post.
If I recall correctly the track is in E flat minor and relatively quick, starting out like this:

Unfortunately I can't find any of the YouTube music videos in my search history.
Possible origin: it may have come from the background music from a video series of "oversimplified SCP" comics. That series has like 300+ entries so I couldn't comb through the entire thing, but when I randomly listened to a few episodes the bgm didn't match.
