Did I get hacked?
This laptop is supposed to be for college. I am so fucked if this thing is toast. Please help me with anything you know.
I am a first time pirate. Used Ryujinx Canary to play Tomadachi Life: LTD on my recently acquired ThinkPad E16 (Ryzen 7 7735u AMD Radeon graphics 16gb DDR4). I downloaded it about three days ago and today, after I downloaded an update for Ryujinx Canary itself, it kept crashing when I was loading the game. I then noticed that my laptop wouldn’t unmute with the F1 button. I was already messing around with Ryujinx to try and fix the crash and I deleted some other versions of the emulator that I had. After that I tried to get help from the Internet for the audio when I randomly tried turning off the audio then, for some reason, losing permissions to enter my settings and other Windows related apps, I then tried to take the apps off of the quick bar because the internet told me to. I tried shutting down the computer, like the guide said to do, and when turning it back on, it said hello and my name before I touched the fingerprint scanner. It wouldn’t take the fingerprint but would say do other fingers. I tried entering my pin. Nothing. I don’t know what is happening anymore.
Got into the interrupted startup screen and my password settings were fine. I didn’t get into safe mode when I tried tho. I am an amateur with windows computers though. I still can’t get it and I need to know where to go from here.
