Intro into The Gateway Tapes!
Hello all! Thanks for the add! New to exploring the tapes and currently looking at focus 10 options. Are the original tapes for focus 10 sufficient or are there newer guided tapes done with the Monroe Sound Science that are a preferred tape to listen to? I got the expand app too, though only noticed the unguided option. Unsure if MSS has actually redefined the wheel with it's audio science, though figured I'd check as I venture into it. Any help is highly appreciated! (:
That said, I've tried the original Focus 10 tape from Hemi-Sync twice now and wow is it an experience! Have had quite the odd mental flashes of random thoughts/connections/realizations to things that I couldn't quite place my finger on or understand, though wow is it a crazy experience. The energy along after with the feeling of my brain feeling connected together feels like no other.
