My neighbor is drying his clothes and not using the washer. I throw my clothes into the washer and wait for his dryer time to be finished. After his dryer time is finished he goes and puts another load into the dryer. My clothes have been sitting in the washing machine while he uses the dryer for 3 hours. What should I do? The office is closed and I don’t think maintenance will do anything

I submitted a tip through email naming the alleged shooter of a prom after party mass shooting but it wasn't anonymous, will I be named in any documents? Or what's the procedure with this situation?
