Advice for Writing Thesis and beyond?

I am currently working on my masters thesis that was supposed to be due in two weeks from now but honestly I hate it so much and can't be bothered to work on it. Anytime I think about working on it I delay and end up getting nothing done, usually scrolling through my phone or doing something generally not productive which causes me to lose focus and repeat the cycle

Luckily my classes are pretty good along with my jobs that I have so thats been interesting to me but my thesis is the main problem I have that has caused me to spiral out of control. Ive gotten to the point where I am unfortunetly delaying my graduation to get my thesis done when I got most of everything I needed and had the time to get a quality thesis completed before end of summer but just couldn't be disciplined enough to work on it.

While I could probably crunch something out in 2 weeks, I don't think it would be quality work to showcase to the world. My advisor has been nothing but supportive which I am appreciative of, but it does feel shameful to get to this point. We had a plan but I suggested taking the summer to work on it more and they seemed on board with that.

I realize that there is a lot of work to be done realize it won't be a one day fix. Not really an organized set of thoughts but I could use some advice on where to go from here. I want to shift my brain to being able focus on my work even when its not interesting to me (and including work I want to do but can't seem to start) as this could and very likely follow me after the fact into the work force if I don't change soon.
