The animator and victim/H4CK3R likely wont reconcile after what they did to each other

After the defeat of The Dark Lord, I think that the animator and victim/H4CK3R wont likely let go of the grudge against each, and would rather do a "cease fire" rather than building trust. Here's why:

Victim has a lot of mental scars after all the terrible things that happened to him, and after all the abuse done by the animator, not even his redemption and the good deeds he likely did (if he is involved in the 14th and 15th episodes) could heal the wounds. The animator wont reconcile with him for two reasons: 1. Victim, as a retribution, assaulted his computer and (nearly) destroyed his photos, documents and videos, which will likely make him think that there's nothing redeemable in victim, likely causing another fight against him, which the color gang and the mercenaries have to stop before its getting worse. And 2. The animator, being guilt-ridden about his treatment of victim and how its shenanigans caused a lot of troubles, from pissing off victim, to nearly destroying the internet, will likely tell victim they should never meet each other again because he reminds him of how much of a monster he was, and would rather forget about him, resulting in prohibiting the color gangs to ever mention him or making him visit to his computer.

The color gangs could visit victim, as he is likely less hostile against them after the good deeds they have done, and can contribute to the Rocket Corp. projects, but they wont interfere with the serious business between Victim and the animator. Basically like how the victim of abuse can befriend the abuser's friends and relatives, but will never reconcile with the abuser, even when the abuser has changed.

So, I think that the whole victim saga would end a bittersweet. The whole outernet, and this the internet is saved from TDL's menace, but the animator and victim refuse to reconcile after all the problems they caused to each other.

What can be done to fight the EU chat control once it becomes law?

One of the things I think about, when I'm worried about the chat control proposal is this: What can there be a good way to fight against this unjust law once its finally passed? I pray that, even when this will piss off the authorities, someone will develop an "illegal" and secret chatroom and email service that never complies with this draconian system
