I'm so happy to see so many cute spice babies!!!! I can count on one hand the amount of times people have correctly guessed that Lu is a Lab and every other time they guess Visla 🫠

What do y'all do on breaks from crochet? My hands are itching for the stitching but aching from the making.

As much as I want to keep working on my projects, I understand the importance of taking breaks for the health of my arms and hands... So I need some ideas on what I can do in the meantime!!

Preferably not labor intensive ideas as my health doesn't permit very much activity.

Malabrigo Rios 005 Aniversario

I've had a lot of these little tufts of fuzz coming off my SWM, like- this is something I'd expect from acrylic pilling and all (or nearly all) yarns will have fuzzing due to the nature of the fiber, but is this normal for merino wool?? This is my first time using it so maybe I'm just uninformed but for those that work with it a lot... Is this normal to be this much with this fiber type?

Help I'm obsessed???

This looks so edible. First time working with merino, trying to work a lot looser than I normally would.

Picked it up at a LYS in Idaho while we were traveling and wanted to make my partner a cat ear beanie. Might need to find a second skein it's only like 210 yards and pattern calls for 215 😖. Pray for this mixed jewel looking chicken race

"Tiny Square" blanket progress (Lab Assistant for scale)

Collectively a week of working total, 100 squares done.

Weaving ends while giving hands a break. Gonna eventually have at least 2x more? Supposed to be like a lap blanket/shoulder cover blanket. Only found the pattern for the individual square and I'm kinda winging it from there.

Peaches n Cream "stripes" yarn of various colors, 2.5mm hook.

84 squares in 5 days

Kept paws busy for the funeral weekend but I think I need a break now.

Not bad for only crocheting for a month and a half so far.
