WiiM Pro Plus stuck flashing white/red, not detected on LAN or app
Hi everyone,
My WiiM Pro Plus was working perfectly fine about a week ago. I did not use it for around one week, and today when I powered it on, the LED keeps flashing white and red continuously.
The device is not showing in the WiiM Home app. It was connected through LAN, but it is also not showing in my router’s connected devices list, so it looks like it is not getting an IP address.
I have already tried:
Different 5V/2A power adapter and USB cable
Disconnecting all cables except power
Power cycling with LAN disconnected
Different LAN cable and router port
3-second setup/reset hold
10-second Play/Pause factory reset
Removing the device from the WiiM app and trying to add again
Nothing worked. It still keeps flashing white/red and does not appear on LAN or Wi-Fi setup.
From WiiM’s LED guide, white/red flashing seems to indicate factory restore/reset, but mine seems stuck there and never completes.
Has anyone faced this issue before? Is there any recovery method, or does this usually mean firmware corruption/hardware failure?
I have already created a ticket with WiiM Support, but I haven’t received a proper reply yet.
