Pre booked n bought their shitty headphone. wasn't working on both sides. Then they took MFing 3weeks to replace with another used headphone which still doesn't work.

Now on thier website they aren't even allowing to resubmit a new ticket.

I don't understand how such garbage companies with an absolute "Kachra" support systems are allowed to run business in this country
