I built a Wear OS app (T BLE KEY & T NFC KEY) for Tesla access from your smartwatch (Wear OS)— here's what I actually use it for daily.

Hello Wear OS & Tesla users,
I originally started building this (T BLE KEY & T NFC KEY) for myself because I wanted easier Tesla access directly from my Galaxy Watch — without pulling out my phone every time.
It became especially useful during runs, workouts, or when coming back from the grocery store with both hands full.
After using it daily for a while, it became much more useful than I expected.
Features I use the most:
- Lock/unlock directly from the watch
- Open/close trunk, frunk, and charge port
- One-tap trunk access
- Shopping mode — automatically opens the trunk when approaching the car carrying bags
- Works well in underground parking garages and places with weak signal
- Handy during runs or workouts when the phone stays home
The shopping automation quickly became my favorite feature. Walking toward the car with both hands full and having the trunk open automatically is one of those small things that genuinely improves the daily routine.
I also spent a lot of time working on Wear OS integration, Tesla BLE communication, NFC handling, and automation features.
The app is available on Google Play as a paid app because of the development and testing involved. I’ll place the link in the comments.
Curious:
Would you use a smartwatch as your primary Tesla access method, or do you still prefer phone-only access?
