For the past week i havent been able to receive texts apart from a couple of times ( my friend who has a iphone and a verification code ) but my family who all have androids can send texts but i cant see them, i can send texts aswell to everyone but obviously cant see the replies, any ideas? i recently changed providers but i was receiving texts when i switched.

Side Note - This might be it but i have a IOS update ( 26.5) that im unable to download due to me not having enough storage but could that be the reason? Any help is appreciated
