HFTF past success
So, I’ve been seeing a ton of comments lately about how Hope has done nothing at FC, made no contributions, and that she doesn’t work/has no experience. And that she’d never be able to get a job outside of FC or Logan. And that because she’s not a designer it must mean she doesn’t do anything.
However, if you watch some older episodes you’d see that she was very successful and had a very positive reputation among the fashion world. Some of the old HFTF fashion shows were HUGE. It was successful when Caroline II, Thorne, and then when Thomas designed for it. We saw her as a phenomenal spokeswoman. She did very well with promoting HFTF, talking to the press, organizing fashion shows/events, modeling/photoshoots, and she also hired Quinn and Wyatt for the jewelry for HFTF that was successful. She has made a lot of contributions to FC and helped make them a lot of money.
I must add that I cannot stand Hope ever since the takeover. She is annoying and acting like an entitled baby. With her resume and experience she could work somewhere else and actually be valued. But instead she is whining to her mom and husband. But you cannot deny that HFTF was successful for a while and with the right resources and funding, it could be huge again. But Steffy isn’t giving her a chance by constantly postponing the line (which Steffy has the right to do, so Hope needs to just accept that and leave.) So I don’t understand why so many people are acting like she has no experience and doesn’t work. Some of you need to re-watch some older episodes where the writers actually show her working. There is more to running a line than simply designing the product.
