Suggestions where to Look for Apartment for Rent near Balibago, Pampanga?
Hiii! This is my first time na mag-aapartment so I have never experienced viewing or even transact, so I'm really trying to be careful.
I tried looking sa FB groups for decent and reasonable priced 1BR/Studio Type apartment near Balibago, but very little lang nakikita ko. Gusto ko sana yung kaya na i-walk or kahit 1 ride away lang (Jeep/Tricycle) sana para di na hassle since the work is fully onsite. It would also be nice if hindi siya super looban for safety din.
I'm alloting 7K to 9K of budget for rent. 9K is a bit too much na, it has to be really good though haha. Considering na di pa kasama doon yung Wifi, Water and Electricity.
Can you give me some tips on where I can look? I know that mas okay mag-tingin in person, so I'll probably try it once I hear back from the recruiter.
