Does the amount of A aptitude affects the percentage of which pink spark you'll get at the end of career?

It's kind of a silly question, but I want to know because I'm trying to get an Oguri as a Parent having 3 Dirt sparks, but I'm having a lot of trouble with the pink sparks that are coming up

So, because my Oguri has many A-level skills, are my chances split equally? If I get an S in Dirt, does the percentage increase slightly or not at all? Because if what I suspect is true, I'll have a measly 14% chance of getting my Dirt Spark, and since I'm building with Parent Guest and on Trackblazer, that would take a lot of time
