Inquiry: Have any of y’all played with ammonia fuming?
I’m building a mantle from walnut. The client already has a lot of finish carpentry in the home, but wants something unique. He’s a chemical engineer, and I thought fuming would be a cool story.
I’m interested in how and what different people protect the wood afterwards?
