Should I beat the main game bosses first then the dlc bosses or should I beat the dlc bosses then the main bosses

Guys is beating morgott with two Scimitar only took me 4 attempts! Those are amazing weapons! Should I use morgott dope looking sword as my new weapon?
My scimitar are 8+ plus bleed
And I'm level 86 mostly dex and vigor build?
