Survey Response date vs Final Post date
Current dealership counts CSI by final post date on surveys. Currently using the ONECX platform that allows you to resend the survey to customers who bombed you in hopes of a better score. But I’ve found myself missing CSI because I’m getting hit with a bad survey that came in from the month before. Example, RO opens and closes Feb 9th. Guest responds to survey Feb 15th. Survey does not post until MARCH 15th dinging me for MARCH. Is this better or worse? I’m used to surveys counting by response date then there is a hard cut off at the end of the month if you can’t get it turned around.
