Local Gwala owners have occupied our lane/gali with cows — where should I file a complaint?
Our lane has been illegally occupied by local dairy owners who have tied their cows here permanently. The cows continuously urinate and dump dung in the area, making the entire road extremely dirty, unhygienic, and foul-smelling.
Residents of the locality have repeatedly requested these people to remove the cows, but they are very stubborn and arrogant and have completely ignored all complaints. Because of this encroachment, movement of vehicles in the lane has also become difficult. Many times the cows suddenly move or hit passing vehicles, increasing the risk of accidents.
This situation is badly affecting cleanliness, public hygiene, and the daily lives of residents.
Where should we file an official complaint for this? Has anyone dealt with a similar issue before?
