29 M, needs some thoughts on my results
Lab results :
- TSH - 3.23 uIU/mL
- T4 free - 1.43 NG/dL
- T3 free - 3.3 pg/ML
- Vitamin D3 - 11.8 NG/mL ( severely deficient )
The above are my lab results from Dec 2025, my DR suggested vitamins supplements and started taking 5000 IU till today and prolly for an year, I actually feel good with mood, fatigue and working out daily and have gained some serious muscles, along with that I’m taking creatinine, omega 3 and magnesium as my daily routine.
Do you guys think I should start medication for hypothyroidism or working out with vitamins would reduce it ? I don’t feel any kinda of symptoms as such. Maybe a little bit of cold hands and feet. How serious it could become if left untreated, do you think I need to check my levels again today?
