Hi All - Seeking your advice to decide amongst implant (All on 4) vs traditional denture for my 66 year old mother. It is only for the lower jaw (full arch); the CBCT shows Bone density as "MISCH D3" for all teeth except for a lower molar bone. (#36).
Based on the above condition which option amongst "Traditional Denture" or the Implant (most likely "All on 4" Implant) will be better for her situation for the full lower jaw arch?
If she goes for the implant - what could be the problems in short run or long term which start to happen in next 5-7 years especially when bone density decreases in old age?
