Question about the usage of “wegbringen” and “wegfahren” in German

Hi everyone,I have a question about the German expression:
1: “Bringst du bitte den Müll weg?”
Does this simply mean “take out the trash”?
For example, in a family situation, a mother says this to her son Leo. Leo picks up the garbage, leaves the house, and brings it to the garbage bin or recycling station where he throws it away.
Is this understanding correct in everyday German usage?

2: Question 2 (Auto wegfahren)
I also have a question about the sentence:

“Können Sie Ihr Auto bitte wegfahren?”

Let me describe a situation to make it clearer:

For example, I park my car in a supermarket parking lot. After shopping, I return to my car and realize that another car is blocking me, so I cannot leave the parking space.

There is a phone number on the car’s window, so I call the owner and say:

“Können Sie Ihr Auto bitte wegfahren?”

My question is:

Does this always mean that the car owner should come back, get into their own car, start it, and drive it away so I can leave?

Or could it also mean that the car is removed in some other way, for example by towing or being moved by a third party?

In other words, is “wegfahren” in this situation strictly something the driver does themselves, or can it also include external removal of the vehicle?

Danke für Ihre Hilfe!!!❤️🫶
