Reporting

Hey all, Im not sure exactly how to go about a few things i find concerning in the current clinic i work for. 1. We are a 1:1 clinic we service insurance and school based clients, our clinic has been “pairing” children 1:2 ratio. The schools and insurance companies are paying for 1:1 behavioral therapy. Not only is it unfair for the children but also the workload on the staff who are hired, trained and paid for 1:1 caseloads. I know its definitely insurance fraud but also in my eyes UNETHICAL. 2. Blatant SA, COCSA, abuse in general, food insecurity, children being sent in the same dirty clothes every day and unbathed for weeks at a time happening in the homes of these children that the BCBA and RBTs have witnessed and reported, but CPS doing nothing about it (noted in IEPs). 3. Windows boarded and screwed shut for “client safety”, paint chipping from walls, no proper cleaning/sanitization of classrooms and common areas just a simple sweep and “mop” with a swiffer, uneven flooring (2x4s screwed into floorboards to cover holes). I know you’re probably thinking I should run and never look back but I care to much for the kids sake to just walk away. I know this is ALOT there is just so much I don’t even know where to begin. If anyone could give me any pointers for any of this I would appreciate it.
