So I did it i bought a c4 1996 lt4 manual. Any disclaimers ,advice or mod/tuning stuff people want to share?

Does anybody know where i can buy tires of the size 285/40 r17 in europe that aren't the pzeroa's for 1200€ ?

So I have stumbled upon a magnificent zr1 c4 with decent mileage (like it has been driven but not like nation wide mileages) and a really good price. My gf first didn't want me to buy one a couple years back but now I got the green light but I wish to daily drive. Is it recommended/viable ? I'm in Europe btw and always dreamed about the c4.
