we have had a 4-night camping trip planned in Tennessee for a while now (driving from FL) and so cancelling is not an option. we just checked the weather and the forecast predicts rain all days 'Cloudy and humid with periods of rain and a thunderstorm'. are we cooked?
what are some activities and tips you have for camping in the rain? its me and 4 other friends. we have a big 6 person tent and a 2 person tent.
Hi! We organized a camping trip to go camping in Tennessee and realized it will be raining pretty much everyday. I have the REI halfdome tent (includes vestibule? i think) and a good columbia rain jacket. what are some things I need to consider when camping in the rain for 4 nights? the forecast says lightning too. are we cooked?
also we were planning on going to the waterfalls. worth it even tho it will be raining? probably yes, but means that our clothes wont dry and we will be even more soaked.
