Need help on PC aesthetics, thinking of changing PC case

Recently just started getting actual decent parts on my PC in the last 5 months (3100 -> 5600, 1650 -> 3070), so I'm new to thinking about the aesthetics instead of optimizing my PC performance. This PC case was from a DDR3 prebuilt I bought from IPASON back in 2019, and all the parts in these pics have all been added over time, replacing my DDR3 parts.

Aside from the very obvious need of deep cleaning, what can I do to make this PC look better? For me it kinda looks uncanny, I don't know why. Any tips, is just cleaning this PC enough? Also thinking of switching to a Darkflash DLM21 MESH White (3rd pic), will it fit my current build? Any response will be appreciated!

Upgrading from my 2060 6GB, which one is "best" value? I've been monitoring FB marketplace prices for these GPUs and noticed that they are all around the same price bracket. My goal is to have a "set and forget" GPU for the next 1-2 years as I have some financial responsibilities right now that eats up my budget, but I can comfortably upgrade 2 years from now.

Some notes: I very much prefer DLSS over XeSS and (especially) FSR, even over native. I think this tech is a godsend that I don't know if I can let go. I'm also playing Star Citizen and Cities Skylines 2 @ 1440p mix of low & med settings w/ some compromises like lower textures and DLSS etc. I noticed that Cities 2 overflows to shared memory by about 1-1.2GBs, same thing for Star Citizen.

What do you guys think? Is it a waste of money if I go for a 3060ti or a 3070? Kasi 6700 XT prices are all above 14.5k and I can't find a 3060 12GB under 13k. Or maybe just stay on 2060 for now?
