Have it All - Promo Question for non/light drinker

I am considering a Alaska Cruise next year and have some questions about the Promo packages for Have it All.

I'll have 2 Adults and 1 kid, but it appears that the additional Have It All per person fee is only for the adults and looked to be about $250/Person for the entire trip.

Is it true that only adults are charged?

How does the Wifi Benefit work with 3 people in the room? Will we all get access to the Wifi package or only the two with Have it All?

We drink very little alcohol so we may only have a few drinks over the entire trip but are wondering if it is worth it if we aren't drinking much alcohol?

I understand that Specialty Coffee drinks are included, as well as Bottled Waters which could be handy for port days.

How many Specialty Coffee locations are available and how busy do they get?

Are Milkshakes also included? If so, where do we get them?

Do other non/light drinkers usually get the Have it All packages just to simplify the gratuities and the excursion bonuses?

With the MDR and Buffet I'm not sure if the Specialty Dining is really worth it.

Seattle or Vancouver?

Considering an Alaska Trip on Holland next year and have been looking at Seattle or Vancouver departures with Glacier Bay access. Both leave on the same day we are targeting and we would fly in the night before.

Vancouver Pros:
Skagway (including Railroad)
Inside Passage Sailing
Longer Days in Ports

Seattle Pros:
Less Expensive Flights
No Customs
Less Expensive Cruise (I think)

From looking at the options, it seems like Vancouver would be more expensive both in sailing and travel but might be worth it. Seattle itinerary has Sitka vs Skagway.
