should i get cons or wepon

i alredy have durin, i just got nicole, i also have gaurantee on wepon banner so that ill get atleast one of their wepon for sure. but i am confused what should i do. should i continue on nicole banner and try to get her c1 as i also have capturing radiance or i get durin c1 or their wepon. the characters i have that will benifit are - wanderer c1, kinich c2, clorinde, navia. character banner pity 0, wepon banner pity 15, also have a welkin moon.

I recently got a c6 jahoda and started building her after reading her c6. It looked like a very strong c6 to me. I have flins, ineffa, Columbina and currently I use them with sucrose. I like sucrose but because I have nothing else to do in the game, I started building jahoda for the flins team.

Both sucrose and jahoda are c6 and lev 70, and have the max talent level they can have for their level.

After getting a decent build on jahoda I went to a dps checker and saw that jahoda did not increase the dmg but decreased it somehow.

(Then shockingly I checked that sucrose wasn't even holding ttds, she had a lev 20 - sac. frag book)

This is making me question that

is jahoda only for comfort?

Is my rotation wrong?

Do I need to level her up to at least 80 and crown her talent?

Should I give her a crit circlet (ineffas shield is so strong that proto amber on columbina is enough healing for me)?

Does her c6 not apply to the full team?

If I don't need healing is it even worth leveling her up?
