Our Universal Credit Assessment period runs from the 21st to the 20th of each month, this month my wife's PIP arrives on the 19th, her EESA arrives on the 20th, and those two things combined with the fact UC have overpaid (Apparently this happens every April due to the change in benefits amounts?) means that we will be over £6000 on the 20th.

Do I have to notify Universal Credit about this?

My wife thinks I don't, as it's only happening due to the arrival of the benefits, but I just want someone to confirm, or point me in the direction of the relevant rules if there are any.

I'd rather get it right now, than be in trouble for it later.
