Im 15 175cm around 66kg im skinny fat been going to the gym for like 8 months i go to the gym 6 times a week which is push pull legs rest & repeat and do i have to cut or bulk and if either how to do both? im not sure what i need to do and dont have anyone to help me or give advice any help would be great pls
