How Do I Recover From Massive JEE Backlogs and Actually Start Understanding Classes?
So, I started my JEE prep around March 30th, so it’s been about 1.5 months. At first, I took it way too lightly and barely revised anything at home. To make things worse, my eyesight was really bad and I didn’t have glasses back then, so I literally couldn’t see most of what was written on the board. Because of that, I couldn’t understand a lot in class and ended up building a crazy backlog.
I’ve covered some of it now though.
For example, in Physics I’ve completed Units & Dimensions and Mathematical Tools… yeah, that’s basically it lol. I also have a huge backlog in Chemistry for Mole Concept, though I’m done with Atomic Structure.
The biggest issue is that I still haven’t solved module questions or DPPs properly. Even now, I can’t understand around 60% of what happens in class. In my first mock test I got 78/300, and I skipped my second mock test (I’ll definitely attempt it at home).
So I really need advice on how to fix my current situation.
How do I understand more in class?
How do I clear all my module/DPP backlog?
How do I balance coaching with self-study at home without everything collapsing together?
How do I deal with brain fog?
I also get really depressed whenever I can’t solve questions, especially when everyone else seems to be doing them easily. Also my classmates have started solving black book, n awasthi and what not.
Any help or advice will help me a lot I have firmly decided to change my situation and score well in the upcoming test.
