I want to ask to my reddit community members that should I invest in mutual funds or real estate. I live in Hyderabad I have a planned to invest in Hyderabad's future City SEZ. Maximum I can invest only 25 lakhs that is 200 Square yards land . Investors in Hyderabad thinking another hitech City or Gachibowli in making in future City OR for mutual fund I am planning to invest nearly 25 lakhs I will wait for 15-20 to get good returns.
