Help with student and coursera link
I am having trouble with accessing my student homepage on coursera, I followed all the steps and linked my student email with my coursera account by using the invite link. However, I don't see my student homepage nor an email saying that coursera is fully linked on my university email.
I seen others saying that an email should have been sent to my student email confirming that it is link. The only confirmation I got was on my personal email and seeing that it is linked on the settings on the coursera website.
I cannot access the orientation course that needs to be completed in order to register for classes and I cannot access the student homepage.
It is like I never linked them at all.
What I have tried:
> unlinking the account/relinking the account
>opening the coursera link on a private tab
> contacting customer support. However, they have not been helpful.
I am at a loss of what to do and the only thing I can think of is deleting the account and starting over to see if that fixes the issue.
Something to mention is that my account is an older account that I opened before I enrolled to the university. Cousera and the university suggested if that I had an account already that I should link them.
Was I wrong in doing so? To anyone who has had similar problems to this have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate any? Any help would greatly be appreciated.
