I just joined Keller Williams, what am I in for?

I have mortgage underwriting experience and am also a licensed loan officer. I wanted to be a real estate agent to expand my horizons. The training I've heard that KW offers is great, which is why I chose them. How long can I expect to be in this training phase? What are some things you found difficult at KW? What are some things you excelled at as a dual licensed agent? I was surprised to learn that many agents at the office I interviewed at were also dual licensed as loan officers.

Anybody Here a Hybrid Realtor/MLO?

How have you managed both roles? If you were first an MLO first, then became a realtor, how has lead generation changed for you? I did a bit of research on this topic already (including legal issues), these are really the only two questions I have.

Wanting to learn western herbal medicine

I've narrowed down my focus to western herbal medicine. I picked up some great anatomy and physiology texts, but I need to know if anyone recommends a certain plant biochemistry text. Also, what books/authors do you recommend I start with for herbal medicine itself?
