Drips won't shut off.

Hi folks,

TIA. I have a drips irrigation system and a hunter timer box. About 3 weeks ago I turned the system off at the box AND turned the quarter turn valve to stop water going to the drips entirely. I thought I'd just go outside every couple days and water everything and of course plants started struggling. I turned it all off because I had 3 leaks in the drips tubing in my backyard. I have already fixed over 15 leaks in the 5 years I've lived in this home and I'm tired of fixing them, thus my plan to turn it off and just water stuff myself.

Bad idea. Plants are dying.

I turned the drips back on today to find the leaks and fix them. They are now fixed but for whatever reason the water just continuously runs. I turned my dial on the hunter box to off and no luck. Only way to stop the water is that quarter turn valve I shut off 3 weeks ago.

Anyone have any idea what I can do to troubleshoot? I'm not sure if it's a hunter box issue, or maybe a ball valve that's stuck. I added pictures so you can see my set up.

Thanks folks.
