summer subleaser!
Hi, my name is Scarlett! I’m currently looking for a summer subleaser for June-August to share a double right in the heart of Isla Vista on 66 Trigo rd! The rent is $1490/month, and it will be either two people (yourself included) or just you (TBD)--assume 2. Preferable sbcc or ucsb female students. The unit was built just last September, so everything is brand new, and has both a washer/dryer, a large fridge, and lots of space!
