My so-called mother took out a loan in my name
Hi. My name is Veka. I am 24 years old and have for the past few years been trying to pay off a loan my mother took out in my name right after I turned 18. It took a full four years for me to even find out that she did this... I have tried to go the legal route, but unfortunately that lead nowhere ... I am chronically ill and therefore I am living off of disability pay, so I keep being stuck in the endless loop of minimum payments. I want to be able to start saving up for my future. I want to be able to not have to worry about being able to afford food after paying the minimum payment. This is definitely a last resort, as I do not know what to do. I'm sick of this being a constant reminder of everything she put me through growing up. For anyone who reads this, thank you for your time.
