my new free 120 score was 57, old free 120 (2018 version) score was 64. Should I take step next week?

Nbme 30-33 we’re all low 60s

High yield things to review that was most beneficial before the exam please

I received a 57% on new free 120 today and my exam is in 3 days. Should I delay?

My highest nbme was 68 (inflated since I’ve taken it before). Unsure what to do.

I’ve only done 20% of uworld, if you didn’t use u world and passed step, what were your primary resources? Are nbmes, pathoma, sketchy enough?
