is there really a best online privacy protection option for non-tech users?

i’m trying to figure out what actually makes sense for people who aren’t very technical.

you can get a vpn, anti-phishing protection, malware protection, identity monitoring, and a bunch of other tools separately, but that also means more apps, settings, accounts, and stuff to keep track of.

for someone who just wants decent privacy and security without constantly managing everything, does bundling these protections actually make sense?

is there really a best online privacy protection option for non-tech users, or are separate tools still the better way to go?

prp treatment cost 2026: did PRP help you delay or improve a hair transplant?

i'm 30f and currently researching hair restoration options before deciding whether a hair transplant is something i should seriously consider.

while looking into prp treatment cost 2026, i noticed that many clinics mention prp as either a standalone treatment or something that can be used before or after a transplant. because of the additional cost, i'm trying to understand how much value people feel it actually provides within a broader hair restoration plan.

for those who have undergone a transplant or seriously considered one, did prp play any role in your decision-making process? did it help you maintain existing hair, delay a procedure, improve recovery, or improve overall results enough to justify the expense?

i'm not looking for clinic recommendations. i'm mainly interested in understanding where people think prp fits in relation to hair transplantation and whether they feel it was money well spent.

I like pouring my gravy rather than dipping

Fries? Pour it. Chicken? Pour it. Mashed potatoes? Obviously pour it. I just dont get the whole dipping thing. The time you dip, you either get too little sauce or its uneven when you pour it, every bite is consistently saucy and you dont have to keep going back for more and it can get a little messy, but thats part of the experience. Are there fellow pourers out there?
