Does anyone think that BULLY is better that The Fall Off?

So I was talking with a friend the other day and I was arguing that the fall off so far is the best 2026 album. He told me that BULLY clears and the fall off is not even that good. He even told me that "everyone's saying it"? For real I haven't ever seen someone that prefers bully. What do y'all think, was bully that good and was the fall off so damn bad
