Incorrect slope around Weatherboard home. How to correct & improve drainage

Hi team,

Our 1890s cottage got recently re-stumped from the inside(huge job) and new floors & underfloor insulation batts.

Now around the house there are some gaps and holes from insulation, that are not necessarily bad in themselves because they improve airflow under the house, which ensures no mould/rotting/dampness.

However, the slope around the home is incorrect, as it slopes inwards on both sides of the house( the front and back are on concrete slab so are not affected by this.

How would you go about grading it correctly with a slight slope away from the house instead of inwards?

What tools would you use for diy and what parts etc?

After grading some aggricultural pipe?(aggie pipe) or just slope, pour sand gravel and then top-soil around perimeter?

Cheers
