First solo flight tomorrow, super nervous.

My last Flight was like 10-11 years ago. Due to work, I have to fly solo tomorrow.

I'm really nervous, already reserved a seat right over the wings, as I heard turbulence is minimal there.

I read all the stats, but the takeoff and just simply the height I'm gonna be at makes me a wreck. I hope I'm not gonna have a panic attack on board.

I heard you can tell the flight attentands of your anxiety so they might help you out a bit along the way. When would be a good time to do that?

As I'm greeting them while boarding? I kinda don't want to hold up the line behind me.

Don't know, Im a nervous wreck right now. I know it's the safest option for travel, but something about slingshotting me to my destination in a tin can at 40k feet just feels wrong
