Hi everyone, I'm looking for remote work in IT, and I'm always shocked by the search flow on international markets—there are tons of different aggregators that require a mandatory subscription just to post a resume and gain access to the job search. On LinkedIn and other platforms, you have to go to external company websites or sites to submit your resume for the position, and you constantly have to fill out forms and re-attach your resume. Why isn't there a single established aggregator or site where companies post vacancies and people can view them for free and apply with a pre-filled profile?
