Can anyone help me?

HI! I'm newer to this and just started trying to make avatars- I'm fine all up until cats blender plugin though. I'm not talking about the error, I already got past that. My problem is where to even begin to find it.

On the bottom of my blender, it says "5.1.1" and the plugin I installed was this one https://github.com/absolute-quantum/cats-blender-plugin/releases

Now, I see the version that it's for. So I try to find another one, one that has my version.

I tried the one that not only said 5.1.1, but also several other ones. They all said they didn't work and to get version 4.5, which I tried but also failed.

I tried getting an older version of blender, the one that's listed in the latest version of the first link from https://www.blender.org/download/previous-versions/

This didn't do anything either- no matter what I do I cannot find the bar where cats blender plugin is listed after adding it to add ons and using it. I feel as though I've tried everything, but maybe I'm missing something?
