Help idk what to do

I got an m79 and aug and a vs but I can't carry them all i have no idea how to make a stash or build a base and I dont really want to give up any of these but I dont think I have a choice I play pretty nomadic so I dont really know what to do with alla this.

So im new to chernarus and I've been using izurvive these days and was just curious does the biohazard icon on a city or town mean its radioactive? And to stay away or does it mean that city gets gassed every now and then?
