Spoil me I haven't purchased the rest of the books and only read the sample of Amazon can someone tell me if tawna gets punched at some point?

I need help my hyperphantasia is mixing with my intrusive thoughts and is making me question reality sometimes some of them are harmless other times I worry I may be doing something rude to strangers and I am really scared of it. Is there something to help me or someone experienced something similar?
