How to find Vatican Euro coins?

What is the best (and most affordable) way to find a Vatican coin if I'll visit Rome for a few days, and spend 1 day in Vatican?

Also, for other Eurozone microstates (Andorra, Monaco, San Marino), is it hard to find their coins?

Burgundy randomly break free for no clear reason.

I'm on patch 1.34. I am Brandenburg, playing an usual blobbing game, Teuton and Lubeck are my subjects. I got Burgundy through the Burgundy Inheritance event chain. Then after a few, maybe 10 years, then suddenly Burgundy elects a new king and become independent. I don't understand why, it has near 200 opinion of me and low Liberty Desire. HRE emperor hasn't died yet, so I am still a duchy smaller than Burgundy, but I don't think that it matter.

Is that a special events that allows them too break free? The only thing that might be the case is that a rebel enforcing demand on Burgundy since we are at minor war against Stettin. Is there a way I can trace the reason?
