Anyone have more than one Plusnet Hub 2 on their network?

I've got two Plusnet Hub 2 devices on my network: The main one, connected to the Plusnet and a second one connected via a TP-Link Powerline adapter acting as an access point so we've got more reliable WiFi access at the back of the house.

Everything works - clients connect, get dhcp addresses, access the internet and local devices - but what the two hubs report as connected, and how they're connected is massively inaccurate.

For example, on the "My devices" page the main hub tells me that there are 10 wireless devices connected, yet no devices connected on the 2.4 or 5GHz bands. (The device I am writing this on is connected to its 5Ghz wifi.)

Clicking on 2.4 Ghz Devices or 5 Ghz Devices shows 10 devices with a connection type of "SmartHub2"

It also tells me there are 4 iPads currently connected, along with 5 iPhone and 4 Apple watches. There is currently one iPhone, one iPad and zero Apple watches in the house.

It also tells me that the other Plusnet Hub 2, along with several other devices, is not currently connected. I have just connected to that hub's wifi, and it and the other "disconnected" are all accessible. (That hub, incidentally, is equally confused about what's connected.)

Has anyone else seen this sort of behaviour?

Is, as I suspect, the Hub 2 and its interface, a PoS? (That does not stand for Point of Sale.)
