I’ve been in perimenopause for several years. I have been taking HRT (e-patch and oral progesterone) for almost 2 years. I still have periods but they are irregular and usually light and short. Sometimes it happens twice in a month and sometimes I skip a month. I’ve been bleeding heavier than usual but probably what most would consider a normal flow for 10 days with no sign of letting up. I’m more tired than usual but no cramping. When should I become concerned and what, if anything, could it be?
